FREEDOM FORD HELPS RAISE FUNDS FOR BEACON HIGH SCHOOL AND ROMBOUT MIDDLE SCHOOL
Freedom Ford of Beacon is participating in Ford’s Drive 4UR School Program. On Saturday, September 30th, come test-drive a Ford vehicle and help us get a donation for our local schools! Ford offers a $20 donation for each valid test-drive, up to $6,000 total. Freedom Ford will be partnering with both Beacon High School's PBIS Initiative and upcoming field trip fundraising efforts for Rombout Middle School. The event will take place at Beacon High School (101 Matteawan Road, Beacon) from 10am – 3pm. Anyone 18 or older with a valid driver's license is welcome to participate. The test-drive route will take about 5 minutes with start and finish at Beacon High School. Be sure to bring your license and there is a one page form that will need to be completed prior to the drive.
“My family has been very fortunate to have their businesses here in the Beacon Community” says Freedom Ford owner Rick Brownell. “We have been serving the Hudson Valley for over 75 years. When this became available for Freedom Ford to apply for the Drive 4UR School Program, it was a no brainer for us to partner with Beacon High School and Rombout Middle School to help raise funds for the schools and for the kids. It was just the way I was raised to always give back when you can.”
Freedom Ford is a 3rd generation family run dealership in Beacon, NY. The Brownell Family has been serving the Hudson Valley’s automotive needs for over 75 years.
