Summer Workout Schedule


    Listed below are the summer workout schedules for Summer 2018. If you have any questions, please contact the specific coach (info under coaching directory tab) for the sport or the Athletic Department.

     **Please note that a valid physical and completed registration on Family ID need to be on file to participate in summer workouts/camps/practices.**

    Girls Soccer

    (See camp info labeled "camps and clinics" under home page)

    All girls interested in playing JV/Varsity girls soccer are encouraged to attend summer workout sessions.
    Fitness Center workouts - Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays starting June 26th through August 10 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am in BHS fitness center. Come dress comfortably in workout sneakers with a towel and a drink.  
    Scrimmage sessions - Tuesdays/Thursdays 6:00 pm-7:30 pm starting July 19 through August 9 @ BHS JV soccer field. *- Cleats, shin guards & drink required. Arrive 15 mins early.


    Boys Soccer

     Var and JV boys soccer will hold summer practices. 

            *Open to all students who are entering grades 9-12 who are seriously interested in trying out for JV or Varsity Boys Soccer

           *Mondays & Wednesdays (July 16, 18, 23, 25, 30; August 1,6, 8)

            *6:00-7:45 PM @ BHS Soccer  Fields

            *Cleats & shin guards required; no exceptions

            *Participation is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED

      Fitness Fridays:

    • Hammonds Track
    • 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
    • July 20, 27; August 3, 10
    • Participation is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED

     Tryouts & preseason: begins on Mon August 13 through Sat August 18.  (Mon - Fri 5-7pm, Sat time tbd)


    Any 7th through 12th graders interested in trying out for the Varsity swim team are highly encouraged to attend the following:

    Training hours:  11am - 12:30pm on the following days:

    June 26, 27, 28 

    July 3, 6, 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, 26, 31

    August 1, 2, 7, 8, 9 

    Pre-season Meeting: August 15 8-9am, practice 9-12pm

    All Swimmers will need training fins by Aug 13, 2018.  These can be purchased at or

     *Swimmers must be able to swim 500 yards in 9 minutes or faster

    *Varsity girls swim in the fall and Varsity boys swim is in the winter* 



     *Volleyball will have open gym times every Tuesday and Thursday from 10am -12pm starting Tuesday 7/10/18 through 8/9/18 in the BHS gym, except Thur 8/2/18.  Follow on Twitter @VballDogs
